Extensive Food Safety Quality Control
Our goal at Fuji Natural Foods, Inc. is to provide our customers with the finest, most wholesome products possible. We are committed to taking the necessary steps to implement and maintain a sound Food Safety Management Program. We have implemented, maintained and administered a strong Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) based Food Safety Program. Also at Fuji we have established a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) system, both programs cover the entire production process to produce contaminant-free products.
We promise that our products delivered have been produced in compliance with the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2001. The steps that we take in food safety are verified by our continued inspections conducted by the Department of the Army Public Health Command. Our production and storage facilities are registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
All of our products are delivered in full compliance with FDA guidelines, recommendations and regulations and all applicable laws. Every seed that we purchase requires a Certificate of Assurance before it is accepted into our facility. Our seeds are then cleansed to eliminate any harmful bacteria and contamination. Our Quality Assurance department puts each lot produced through a rigorous testing process looking for different types of pathogenic bacteriological contamination such as Salmonella and E.coli O157:H7. Additional testing of the equipment and areas of production are made to ensure harmful bacteria are not present in our facilities.
We have been working with Food Safety Solutions, LLC and the American Proficiency Institute to maintain and elevate the standards of our Food Safety Program and the quality of our products. Our production facilities operate 365 days a year to provide our customers with the freshest and healthiest products available.
